Pathway 'Steps to Success' is now live and hosted on

Our third employability microsite is a partnership between and neighbouring Local Authorities of Adur & Worthing and Chichester District, West Sussex County Council and the Coastal West Sussex Partnership. 17 students from 6 local schools formed the project group that created Pathway ‘Steps to Success’.

Pathway has also been strongly supported by staff and students from our strategic partners Northbrook College, Chichester College and the University of Chichester. Worthing College were also involved in the creation of video content.

“This has been such an engaging project to work on. It has taught me many life-lessons that I know will transfer into the professional world. Learning teamwork, time management and communication skills will really benefit me after school, looking to move into the world of work and the relationships I have built with employers and professionals has been invaluable.”
